NOTE:  The American manufacturer that was producing this globe for us is no longer in business, and the cost to continue production elsewhere has proved to be prohibitive.  Sales are limited to current inventory on hand.

Our W.T.Kirkman #0 Short Globes are some of the highest quality lantern globes you can purchase anywhere.  Blown in San Diego County, these are produced of High Borosilicate Glass formulated to withstand heat and more importantly, temperature shock.  These globes are 6 1/4″ tall over all, making them the short variant of the regular #0 globes.  Standard #0’s which are sold elsewhere on this website, are 6 5/8″ to 6 3/4″ tall.  These globes fit Eclipse Fire Department Lanterns (both our replicas and antiques) as well as other antique lanterns that require this short globe size.
