General Returns Policy

When a Product is Defective or if the wrong item was Shipped, We will supply a return label for said product at no additional cost to the Customer, and will supply a replacement product at no additional cost at the customer's discretion.

When a customer wishes to return an item for any other reason, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.  Further, the return shipping cost is incurred by the customer.

Please contact us before returning an item.  Please supply a copy of the sales receipt and a short note describing why the item is being returned in the package.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
This site is owned and operated by W.T. Kirkman (referred to as "W.T. Kirkman," "lanternnet.com," "we," "us," or "our" herein). No material from any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by W.T. Kirkman may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other W.T. Kirkman site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
