This Steam Gauge Lamp is meticulously designed to capture the decorative styles of its historical era while remaining fully functional. The inaugural piece of its kind is now in active use in an American 4-4-0 Steam Engine dedicated to tourist service.
The lamp is equipped with a 3/8″-18 thread in the base, and it is available in both oil and electric configurations. It can be tailored to operate on either 32 Volts or 12 Volts systems. We recommend using a dimmable 1.5 Watt L.E.D. bulb to ensure optimal lighting, as excessive brightness could potentially hinder the engineer’s night vision.
