W.T. Kirkman is proud to offer the new “Eclipse” Fire Dep’t Lantern, formerly produced by the Fire Extinguisher Manufacturing Co. of Chicago under U.S. Patent #349,618, dated September 21, 1886. American Made Solid Brass hand-soldered construction and an authentic hand blown “Short” 6 1/4″ No. 0 Globe. Features an improved 9/16″ fuel spout and removable 2 wire globe guard, and is stamped with both the W.T. Kirkman Inc. and Fire Extinguisher Mfg. Co. marks on the bottom of the tank. Perfect compliment for finishing circa 1886 to 1910 fire department apparatus. Also makes an ideal fireman retirement gift.
